These services include training, menu design, and programs to encourage F&B sales and to enrich the guest experience while staying at our hotels. Our talented professionals are well-versed in concept development, kitchen design, cost containment, promotional programs, food preparation, wine and spirits, operation standards, and service. For our full service hotels that have one or more restaurants on property, our food and beverage team will work closely with the team members to deliver the best possible experience to our guests and diners. Hotels with a more limited food and beverage offering will also receive appropriate guidance and resources to elevate this aspect of our guests’ stay.
